INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup Equal® Spoonful*
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Equal® Spoonful**
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine apples, cranberries, and 1 cup Equal® in an ungreased 10-inch glass pie plate.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, pecans, butter and 1/2 cup Equal. Sprinkle mixture over top of the apples and cranberries.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven approximately 50-60 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Delicious served with frozen yogurt as a dessert. The apple crisp recipe is ready....
